Today, security has become broad and complicated. Although, in past, military or political security had the greatest importance, but now economic security has been given high priority and and monitoring economic threats has become a strategic issue for governments.
With expansion of cyberspace in all areas, including economics, cryptocurrencies have been formed, the understanding of its threats and opportunities is the first step obtaining the right strategy of governors towards this new financial and cyber-phenomenon because the special features of cryptocurrencies have made them the future money of the global economy. We also feel the need to address it, but none of it has been developed, so the purpose of this study is to understand the secrets of cryptocurrencies and their impact on the country's economic security and provide solutions for it.
This research is practical purpose, methodology, qualitative, research method, grounded theory tool, interviews and finally the analysis method is grounded theory coding. according to the results, 25 unique codes were extracted, six concepts and two categories were extracted and in two steps the codes reached the confirmation of the experts and were presented with the MAXQDA software
Threats are divided into two national areas (security problems, macroeconomic problems and the lack of regulatory problems)and International field (theoretical and knowledge problems, financial crimes and capital maintenance problems). the best solutions, starting in a timely fashion to recognize the status of CryptoCurrency (extraction, shopping and selling, ewallets), and the legislature's entry into regulatory reform before it becomes a socio-economic crisis.
