Today, smart power has been introduced as a viable factor and a credible lever by governments. Due to its evolution, intelligent power requires a comprehensive support system to advance its goals and needs strong support to move forward in international systems to meet its goals with respect to international orbital relationships. This research is a correlational one based on development goals and data collection methods, as the researcher seeks to The relationship between the two variables of smart power and cyberspace is the definition of clever mechanisms of cyberspace to obtain a comprehensive structure of the interactions between smart power and cyberspace. This study utilizes library resources and field research and is descriptive in terms of purpose, developmental-functional form, and data collection. This research examines intelligent factors in cyberspace and relevance. It has systematically examined the different aspects of these two factors. The factors of smart power and cyberspace were identified. The final conceptual model was designed based on the obtained components.
