Abstract
The human ecosystem has always had a variety of threats، due to the formation of the concept of cyber in which topics such as cyber warfare، cyber threat، cyber mafia and the names of groups active in this field are heard so much that these names and their activities have become part of human life. Cyber threats are form an important dimension of global biology today. Cyber threats can cause equipment destruction، product design changes، or manufacturing or military processes. The type of research in this article can be considered as applied research. The field of research is retrospective and retrospective in terms of time، spatially global، and thematically cyberspace and cyber structures of different countries، especially in the field of malware. In this article، while examining the necessity of playing the role of military elements of the government in the field of cyber and analyzing the actions of different countries in dealing with the term cyber war and their strategy against malware attacks، to provide the conceptual structure needed by the armed forces to combat malware and overcome The problems caused by them are treated as a type of cyber weapon and in order to defend and deal with such threats، a conceptual structure for cyber aristocracy and command is proposed.
